The parking location is convenient and the parking space itself is good. However, the overall condition of the building is quite concerning and makes me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The building appears to be mainly used for public/outside parking, and there are many abandoned or seemingly unused cars parked there. The surroundings also look poorly maintained, which gives the place a deserted and unsafe feeling, especially when parking alone or during less busy hours. Although the parking area is spacious and convenient, the condition of the building and the number of abandoned vehicles make the overall experience quite scary and uncomfortable. Better maintenance, security, lighting, and regular monitoring would greatly improve the safety and confidence of users.
